These Terms cover this website as it exists today: a page describing a product that is not open yet, and a form for joining the list. There is no service to subscribe to here and nothing to pay for. When GolfHunter opens, it will have its own terms, and you will have to agree to those separately before using it.
Submitting your email address tells us you want to hear when GolfHunter launches. It is not a purchase, a reservation, a membership, or a promise of access. It does not hold a place in a queue, and it does not lock in a price.
We may change what GolfHunter does, when it opens, what it costs, which clubs it supports, or whether it opens at all. Nothing on this site is a commitment to launch, to launch on any particular date, or to offer the service to any particular person or club.
The site is provided as is, without warranties of any kind.
Submit your own email address, not someone else's. Do not use the form to send automated or bulk submissions, and do not attempt to interfere with the site or reach parts of it that are not public. We may remove entries and block access for any of these.
How we handle it is described in our Privacy Policy. You can ask to be removed at any time and we will delete it.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GolfHunter is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or from the service not launching, not launching when expected, or not being available to you.
We may update these Terms. The current version is always the one posted here, with the date at the top.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
