GolfHunter is not open yet. Today this site does exactly one thing: it takes an email address from people who want to hear when it launches. This policy describes that, and nothing more — there are no accounts, no payments, and no club logins involved at this stage.
That is the entire record. We do not ask for your name, your phone number, your club, or payment details, and the form does not collect them.
Separately, our hosting and network providers keep ordinary server logs of requests to this site, including IP addresses, as any web host does. We do not use those logs to build a profile of you.
This page sets no advertising or analytics cookies and does not track you across other sites. The only thing stored in your browser is a referral code, and only if you arrived through a referral link.
To tell you when GolfHunter opens, and to understand where signups came from. We do not sell or rent your address, and we will not add you to unrelated marketing.
The list is stored on our own server. A copy is kept in a private spreadsheet we control, so the people running GolfHunter can read it without logging into the server. The providers involved are:
Nobody else, and we do not sell your data to anyone.
Email support@golfhunter.co and we will delete your address from the list and the spreadsheet. You do not have to give a reason, and there is no account to close.
If this site starts doing more than collecting an email address, this policy will be rewritten before that happens, not after.
